{"id":117,"date":"2021-01-27T11:31:27","date_gmt":"2021-01-27T15:31:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes.chilicheesebanana.com\/?p=117"},"modified":"2021-01-27T11:32:45","modified_gmt":"2021-01-27T15:32:45","slug":"fried-buffalo-cauliflower","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes.chilicheesebanana.com\/?p=117","title":{"rendered":"Fried Buffalo Cauliflower"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the Cauliflower Batter:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1&nbsp;head&nbsp;cauliflower&nbsp;(about 4 cups of florets)<\/li><li>3\/4&nbsp;cup&nbsp;flour&nbsp;<\/li><li>2&nbsp;tablespoons&nbsp;corn starch&nbsp;or potato starch<\/li><li>1\/4&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;baking soda<\/li><li>1\/4&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;baking powder<\/li><li>1&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;salt<\/li><li>1&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;garlic powder<\/li><li>1&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;onion powder<\/li><li>1\/4&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;paprika<\/li><li>1\/4&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;cayenne<\/li><li>1\/2&nbsp;cup&nbsp;milk<\/li><li>1\/2 cup Greek yogurt <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix all above and add milk if needed to get to a thin pancake batter consistency <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Split batter into 2 bowls and add <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 cup Franks buffalo hot sauce<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oil For Frying:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2-3&nbsp;inches&nbsp;oil&nbsp;for frying (enough for the cauliflower to float)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat oil to 334\u00b0F (168\u00b0C)\u00b0.<\/li><li>Dredge cauliflower in non-hot sauce batter.
