Crema:
- 7.5 oz Crema
- 3.5 oz Avacado mayo
- 1/2 tsp Valcencia hotsauce
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cayenne
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 med clove garlic – grated
- handfull of cilantro – finely chopped (same some for garnish)
- 1 lime juice
- pinch salt
- pinch white pepper
Garnish:
- Chopped cilantro
- Finely diced jalapeno
- Tajin
- Valencia or Tapito hot sauce
- 2 quarterd limes
- Finely chopped green onions/chives
