Elote Crema

Crema:

  • 7.5 oz Crema
  • 3.5 oz Avacado mayo
  • 1/2 tsp Valcencia hotsauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cayenne
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 med clove garlic – grated
  • handfull of cilantro – finely chopped (same some for garnish)
  • 1 lime juice
  • pinch salt
  • pinch white pepper

Garnish:

  • Chopped cilantro
  • Finely diced jalapeno
  • Tajin
  • Valencia or Tapito hot sauce
  • 2 quarterd limes
  • Finely chopped green onions/chives
