Can of chickpeas
Cucumber in small chunks
Can of black olives
Sometimes I use a can of artichoke hearts chopped
Chopped parsley or you could use basil for a differnt flavour
Green beans (cooked) cut in thirds
Chopped tomatoes or halved grape or cherry tomatoes
You could also put in chopped red pepper or I like sweet picked peppers (strubbs brand)
Put in Bowl
Dressing:
Clove of garlic minced
Olive oil 2 (parts)
Redwine vinegar (1 part)
Salt and Pepper
